myAT&T Business Description

Made by the number one communications company in America, myAT&T Business is an app that lets account managers for business gain a better understanding of what their company is using. 

There is the possibility of finding free WiFi hotspots with myAT&T Business, and you can even do things like reset your PIN number, change the password for your voicemail and view the overall usage of telecommunications whether they are for a landline or cell phone.

 

Pros

If you are an account manager, you have the added benefits of viewing whole bills, changing the rates of certain plans and suspend data usage if required using myAT&T Business.

Cons

This app boasts that it is a one-stop shop for assessing all of the network connections; however, it doesn’t tell you that you have to sign out and then sign back in for every different phone number to check each bill.

    I always have trouble with the second part of any function. It says I can look at my full bill but when I pull up the bill, there’s no information. When I put my payments in, it will never show me my confirmation numbers and the completed transactions. Multiple times it has frozen and I can’t tell if the payment was successfully made or not. And that annoying message that pops up to say I can use the automated option, yeah well no I can’t cause that’s not an option with a business account. Come on AT&T, Get it together. Find a developer that can actually write code for your app to do what it says it will.

    How is it that one cannot access simple account information such as: How many payments left on my Next Plan? I seldom use this app as it not only looks outdated, its' functions are at par with mediocre design. At the very least this app should mirror the personal account app functions which are far superior. It took me five minutes to find the answer to a question (see above) that could have only taken seconds. Instead I was forced to either call customer service or chat with someone online --- stone age stuff. How is it that the business account people got stuck with such an inferior app?

    Horrible begins to describe this. How can a business app work so poorly? It hasn’t been updated in over a year!! When you call tech support they tell you that this app is the easiest way to pay and manage your business account? That great, EXCEPT IT CRASHES EVERY TIME YOU USE IT!! Here’s a business tip AT&T: Don’t make it difficult for your customers to pay you. And for anyone looking to download this app, Don’t waste your time... your bill won’t get paid , it will drive you crazy, and eventually you will just get so mad that you waste even more time writing a bad review like this one.
