Works great other than the mms support. Also there is a small glitch with the Apple Watch app that makes the app quit when you click on the reply button. When a message comes in on the watch. The Apple Watch app is extremely slow to load Messages. I just realized on the app itself if you have a forwarding number you can make outgoing calls from your forwarding number but only if you use the app exclusively it will not ring out to your iPhone from that number it gives you an error message if you try to use that. Other than that the app works great and I’m happy with it. I wish your team could make the Apple Watch Amp work a little faster and fix the glitch that causes the app to crash when you try to reply to an incoming message it’s been like this for about a year now.

Stayed on phone for total of 1.5 hours with support yesterday. iPhone X RingCentral app very slow & speaker/mic not working. Could answer calls but that’s it. Each tech support agent would ask me same questions & have me do same test, then state they would need to escalate case to higher tech. Finally last support tech says iPhone X would not be supported until next release (December). I pointed out that the latest release says “optimized for iPhone X”. My point is I should have been told within 5 min iPhone X not supported rather than trying to hide issues. I Love RingCentral, but their foreign support reps get on my nerves!

Our corporate office forced us into Ring Central against our will. It took the place of our old school phones that worked perfectly FINE FOR YEARS!!! Now, we have a dumpster fire every day, we can not hear anyone, we often have to call people back on another cell phone just to talk. Sadly, no one in our company will admit this was a gigantic mistake, so we will continue to suffer from this terrible service. If you hate life, want to anger your customers, and generally want to be as inefficient as possible...then Ring Central IS FOR YOU!! Would absolutely give zero stars if possible and probably a poop emoji.
