SAC BA Mobile

Aplicativo destinado aos cidadãos que necessitam dos serviços e informações oferecidos pela Rede SAC, sob gestão da Secretaria da Administração do Estado da Bahia (Saeb). Nessa versão do APP SAC Mobile estão disponíveis os seguintes serviços:- Consultar endereços de todas as unidades de atendimento da Rede SAC na Bahia;- Consultar serviços e informações oferecidas pela pelos Postos SAC e Pontos Cidadão em toda Bahia;- Verificar documentação, dados e informações necessários para solicitar a emissão do documento ou prestação de serviço;- Agendar atendimento, podendo escolher a unidade da Rede SAC mais próxima do usuário, a data e horário que melhor convier;- Localizar o Posto SAC mais próximo do cidadão, indicando a distância e o roteiro para deslocamento até a unidade;- Acompanhar a fila de atendimento, de acordo com o número da senha do usuário;- Acessar notícias e avisos divulgados no Portal SAC;- Responder à pesquisa de satisfação, que avalia o atendimento e serviços prestados pela Rede SAC.

Application for citizens who need the services and information offered by Network SAC, under management of the Department of Administration of the State of Bahia (SAEB). In this version of the APP SAC Mobile the following services are available:- Consult addresses of all SAC Network service units in Bahia;- Consult services and information offered by the stations SAC and Citizen points throughout Bahia;- Check documentation, data and information necessary to request the issuance of the document or service;- Schedule service, choosing the unit of SAC Network closer to the user, the date and time that best suits;- Find Posto SAC closest to the citizen, indicating the distance and the road map for travel to the unit;- Follow the line of service, according to the user's password number;- Access news and announcements posted on Portal SAC;- Answering the satisfaction survey, which evaluates the care and services provided by Network SAC.
