Salesforce should really be embarrassed by this app. I have given the app some time before I wrote this review but I just can’t hold off. I hope this helps people to not make the same mistake that I did. While it looks great, that’s were the good ends. I really have idea why there are so many good reviews. I really don’t get it. Below are just a few of things that led to this review. 1. No Split Screen capability ......Really? Deal breaker. Hey SF, news flash.... the world doesn’t revolve around you. 2. Apple Pencil works only about 30% of the time. 3. Slow, slow, slow. 4. PDF Viewing, non existent. SF, please go look at plenty of free apps that let you view multiple pages of the file at once and search the pdf for keywords. 5. No ability to hand sketch a note and save it to the correct space. 6. Often when tasks are saved.... they just disappear... not sure who out there has time to re enter all the time. Not me. I do 99% of my work from my iPad. I was sold on Sales Force based on the fact that the mobile app was great and easy to use and just as functional as the desk top...... NOT! If you are used to using any apps like Evernote, onenote, wunderlist, todist, bear, contacts journal, gooodnotes 4, documents, pdf expert etc. you should really stay there. You will be disappointed. Especially considering how much Sales Force cost. It’s really to bad that I have to give this even a single star, that’s how bad it really is. Maybe I’m just expecting to much..... Salesforce has the ability, money and talent to be so much better than this. Fix this mess for those of us that are spending small fortunes for your service.

I'm in sales for a company that uses Salesforce. This app reloads everything every time you navigate to a different page. This may be due to the static urls in Salesforce, or may be due to the way the app is built; either way it's very bad. Each page load takes much longer than anyone would expect in 2017. I use the app while in the field, and I need it to be fast and responsive. Secondly, there is no way to copy a link to the page you're on so that you can email or text it to another user. Often I have a question for my team and need to link them to the account I'm referencing. This is easy on the desktop Salesforce. Desktop Salesforce is a powerful, indispensable tool so I hope they get the mobile app up to the same standards.

Wow, the newest release is fast. Really helps on productivity. I use the file sharing features constantly. It brings sanity to the madness of receiving email attachments. I just add them to Salesforce Files on my iPhone and move on! And global search is really handy. It makes a huge difference when I'm traveling to find customer info on the go and collaborate with my colleagues using Chatter. The best news is that this app just keeps getting faster.
