    Like I said I am having lots of problems with my comcast account, it says that it is out of date, can you help me with this problem, and every time I send you a message it goes back to the same page all the time where I have to enter my name and e-mail address over and over again, why? It says that Comcast is out of date, I hope that someone can help me with, as I am getting very frustrated with this, I have had the problem for a long time and I have had online chats with Comcast, but they have not helped me at all, so I hope that you can solve this pronlem as I have tried everything possible, and I do not what more i can do
