I've been using Chegg for my online courses since fall of 2016, and have had books delivered to three different states over the course of that time. They give you a free 7-day period where you can read your text online while you are waiting for the physical copy, which is great in situations where you decide to add a class at the last minute, or procrastinate like me! LoL I've never had issues with the time it has taken for the delivery, except to Hawaii. Although it was not Chegg's fault, if you are having a book shipped to you in Hawaii, allow for a two week window before you need it. Otherwise you are likely to not have it in time doing to shipping delays in California. Other than that, I've had a great experience, and for your convenience, you can drop the book you are returning back into the same box and you're good to go with their free returns!

This is my second semester using the apps subscription and I was very impressed at first with my previous economic courses. However, they have been unhelpful with Econometrics. (Maybe since its economics and statistics all bundled up in one topic). I have asked several questions and they don't answer the question being asked or they are so completely wrong it makes you more confused. Also text book "solutions" are down most of the time so you don't get to see if you are understanding the chapter since you can't see the solutions. Last semester I would have given them a 5 star but I cant say the same for this semesters. Great for general courses, not great for more advanced 4000+ courses.

Really do love this app there is only one thing that annoys me and I wish someone could fix it. Making it easier to find your solutions, if I bought the subscription I feel like I should have access to the solutions to the books I order on the home page on the app not have to hunt for repeatedly. Or at least have them save in my recents. It's small but it's really convenient and shows that you know your consumers needs. Also I’m not sure why but if I find a link on the internet all it does is open up your app to the home page and doesn’t take me that question I clicked on when I was on web.
