In the beginning it was great and my son loved it. This app would constantly need to be updated it would not work and when I contacted customer support all they would say was that I needed to reset my device. Why would I need to reset my device constantly in order for their app to work. I think they need some updates. Also when I signed up for a trial it automatically charged me the full price for the app and I did not give me a trial. It would also lose all of my sons saved progress and data and he would have to restart from the beginning. It was frustrating for a six-year-old because it wouldn't save his progress and that's ridiculous.

This tool is a great supplement to school and is especially helpful as I watch the kids. It's something they actually want to do and I see them loving to read. The “Family” power word is our favorite—and we are loving the new Gratitude story. We have incorporated it into our nap time routine. We spend 15 min on Homer together, read two books, and then bed. Great variety of content for the grandkids-- even I learn something.

I have four girls 2, 4, 6, and 8 years old and this is the go to app in our house. We use it as a part of our homeschool curriculum. Our girls base their presentations on the information that they learn about animals and instruments and such. Homer has played a big part in getting them reading... I love to hear them singing folk songs that homer has taught them as they jump on the trampoline. I can't say enough.
