It premise of the app seems solid. Your child gets stars for reading books and answering quizzes about the book. My 1st grade sons teacher uses this app in her class every Monday for one hour. He explained he knows how to get tons of stars. Simply go to the toughest books(Which have the least amount of pages), flip through it quickly and guess on all of the quiz questions. If it's an essay style question just tap a bunch of the keyboards auto-suggested words. I sat down with him and explained it is faster to get stars by answering all the questions right in a quiz, so he should read the story. Together us using the app as intended is helpful, but I can't help but wonder how much of his class time is wasted by using this app to grind out stars by cheating.

My son loves using the iPad/phone so this program/app definitely gets him interested in reading. He loves listening to the stories and then reading them himself. As always there is place for improvement. 1. I wish the words were bigger. My son focuses on the pictures a lot more than the words since the pictures are so big and the words a lot smaller. 2. I also wish you could change the pace of the reading. It is very fast and he is just learning. As he learns a faster pace would be fine.

Raz kids use to be good until the new update. Now I can't login at all. Keep getting message saying The data can be read because it isn't in the correct format.(Error code: 3840) Try deleting the app and re-installing and still nothing happened. I searched on the app site to see if there was any way of contacting anyone in regards to this issue and no links I provided. Very disappointed. My children used to love this app we would use it daily. Hoping they fix this issue soon.
