I use to love this app until you guys did away with downloading ringtones through the app I could basically search for any ringtone I wanted but now the only thing I can do is create a ringtone why should this app take up precious space on my iPhone for this reason I'm dropping my review from a 5 star rating to a 1 star rating because I can no longer download any ringtones I want unless I create my own ringtones witch isn't what I want please bring the old version of this app back I loved that one better than the new crappy version of this app you really can't do much with it either for this reason I'm also removing this app from my iPhone and the review will stay at 1 star unless you guys bring back the features of the old version but it was nice enjoying the old version while it lasted I felt it was more user friendly and it was more useful than this version is and second of all please consider changing the name of this app to only ringtones creator because it doesn't live up to it name ringtones 500,000 obviously

This is a good app you just have to know how to use it. 1. Record the song that you like. 2. Go to ringtones and click the info button. 3. Then click via email and type in your email. 4. Once you receive the email go to the bottom where the song is , click on it. 5. It will have a little arrow at the bottom left , click it and go down to "add to iCloud Drive" click it. 6. Then another one will pop up click iCloud again. 7. Then go to GarageBand and click audio recorder. 8. Go and click the horizontal lines in the right corner. 9. Then a little loop with appear in the right corner click it and and go to audio files. 10. Click import from iCloud Drive and then it will pop up and then hold it and it will take it to the audio recorder. 11. Then click the little arrow and click my songs, it will save and then click select and then select your song and click the little arrow in the top left. 12. Go down and it will say ringtone, click it and then another tab will come up click ok and then set your ringtone. With those 12 easy steps you can get your ringtones.

The library of ringtones to choose from is gone, and plenty of us paid for the upgrade that allowed us to have unlimited downloads. We need the ringtones to come back or we need a refund. I wrote a suggestion to them and my request needs votes to get their attention. Press the button "App Support" and look for the post that's titled "Fix the ringtones app" written by Emma. If they don't respond to us my next step is contacting Apple. I don't exactly remember how much the upgrade cost, but even if it was $.99, that adds up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars if enough people paid for it. And if they made this change on purpose knowing people had already paid, they should not be allowed to get away with that.
