This app is very convenient and useful, but it needs to support Touch ID and the iPhone plus series screen sizes, and doesn't offer two factor authentication like many of its competitors. The interface is dated and drab, but the snap deposit feature is a noteworthy inclusion. I appreciate being able to transfer money quickly using the app, but as an associated bank credit card holder, I also wish I could manage my credit card from within the app. Instead, I have to go to safari, log in and bypass associated bank's recommendation that I use the app, and then from there click on my account and go to the credit card account page. If you're wondering whether or not to download the app don't hesitate: its a useful app for quick glances and fine for primarily debit card users. However, you might not be able to perform the account management you are used to from more advanced banking apps. For those of you where were wondering, this app was updated for android in March of 2017. It seems they don't care as much about the iPhone crowd.

Seriously, are you guys EVER going to update this app? I began banking at Associated Bank when I got married, because it was my husband's bank. This app, however, is by far the least user-friendly app I have ever used. I gave it one star only because it allows mobile deposits. The app itself is terrible. It's outdated, doesn't permit TouchID, and every time I reset my password, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in addition to clearing all my history data on my phone. Once, I tried to update my password on the desktop site to a more secure password. Although the desktop site accepted the password, the app did not due to a character I used. I confirmed this information when I spoke to customer service, who suggested that I change my password for the BANKING app to something LESS secure. In a world where more and more banking is done online, a dysfunctional app could be the difference between choosing one bank and another. As a dissatisfied mobile customer, I would recommend you expand your IT department accordingly.

I had to dumb down my password because some special characters aren't supported. This is a banking app, a user should never have to make their account less secure on a mobile platform. As an iOS developer myself, these are some things you guys should seriously consider putting out in an upcoming release: - Touch ID login - ability to view Secure Messages - 2/3x Retina display support I will change my review to 4 stars once special characters in passwords is supported. Will change to 5 when Secure Messages and Touch ID are added
