When trying to be ahead of the curve and innovative, we often time forget the importance of testing. As a project manager and business analyst, I know the struggle that comes with deadlines, but do not skimp on quality assurance testing. Taking the time before development to analyze a users wants and needs is just as important as testing those requirements. I applaud your effort to be innovative, just don't forget the user experience. Today I was trying to load the app... fail after fail. Get this fixed before First Tennessee has a mass exodus. Bite the bullet, go back to the original version, and try again with lessons learned.

The UI in the new update is alright, whenever the app decides to work. I wish I could see more details individually for each transaction separately. The main bugs I've encountered are: 1) Whenever I need to use the app, sometimes it says that there's "an error with your credentials" when my login info is correct. 2) Quick Glance doesn't always work and prompts me to "enable quick glance in settings", which I already have. If these issues could be resolved, I'd use the app a lot more. Until then, I'll stick to calling the number on the back of my debit card, or going to an ATM to check my account balance.

Unbelievable. I could deposit checks on the old app easily, but I can't even find a deposit link on the new app! I imagine it must exist (?) or everyone would be complaining about it, but it sure as hell isn't on my newly installed mobile app. And the FAQ/Contact link didn't work either, so I couldn't even communicate with anyone about it. And I'm on an iPhone 6, so it's not the OS. If I can't deposit via mobile, my 20-year relationship with First Tennessee will soon be over. Pathetic that this app was not tested better before release.
