With the Golden 1 Mobile app, you can use your iPhone® or iPod touch® to easily and securely:

• Check your balance
• Deposit checks
• Pay your bills
• Pay other people using Popmoney® personal payment service
• Transfer funds
• Find nearby Golden 1 ATM or branch locations

It's easy, fast, and convenient. Get started by downloading our mobile app today. Sign on to the app using the same credentials you use to access Online Banking. If you have not signed on to Online or Mobile Banking, you may now enroll using your mobile device from the Sign-On screen.

To use our mobile app, your device must meet the following requirements:

- iOS 6.0 or later
- Camera with 2.0+ megapixel resolution and autofocus (to deposit checks)

    I’ve been with Golden 1 for several years now, and I’m quite disappointed on the decisions I made to close my main banking with chase and made my side Bank (Golden 1) my main one. [Theres a message to this] 1. The mobile app is as plain as my ex. The theme makes me feel as if I was still in 2004. 2. The app / bank has this thing where I would have to wait a long period of time to see if my money has gone through or not after paying bills (No it’s not pending if you’re wondering). I had pay my credit card yesterday and according to my credit card it says that I have paid my monthly debt, but when I check Golden 1 my money is still there, as if I never even paid. Makes me nervous to use my card 3. It’s 2017 guys, start using real credit/debit card. I can’t even scan my debit card on my phone cause it doesn’t detect the numbers. 4. When you go on your negatives, normally other banks gives you 3 days - 1 week to pay fix your negative. Golden 1 gives you 1 second before they charge you $30 for inefficient fee. When you call them they’ll something like “if we have to pay it’s only fair that you pay us back”. Let me tell you Golden 1. IF IM ON MY NEGATIVES AND IM PAYING TO FIX IT, THAT MEANS I AM PAYING YOU BACK. CHARGING ME $30 WITHOUT GIVING ME A 3 DAYS GRACE IS YOU GUYS JUST ROBBING ME. #2 and #4 goes hand in hand. Can’t use my card as much without having to worry cause the system won’t process my transactions till days later when I’m broke and they charge me $30 fee. Giving you 1 star is me being nice.

    Today I got multiple calls while I’m recovering from surgery because your computer system isn’t in sync with your app. I spaced on a $20 payment because I’m recovering from surgery but as soon as I realized that I’d forgotten I made a $50 payment which the app shows went through a day before I got the calls. While according to the lady, who was very nice, I spoke with it still shows as pending on your system and apparently it takes two days to go through on weekdays. Shouldn’t it show as pending on the app too then? I know the app is capable of showing a pending status so why can’t you make it accurate? I do most of my account management through the app because of convenience so this is serious concern for me. Edit Follow up: According to your representative who I’ve already spoken with it is not a single account issue! The issue is that your computer system is not in sync with your app which is unacceptable! I’ll be sure to warn others about this issue from now on! Edit Second Follow up: I know how to use the app and have been using it for years! According to the app and your representative that is not the truth! Get your computer system in sync with the app and stop making excuses!

    It has been a great App for me. Transfers, balance, locations, does everything i need it to. On-line payment for my credit line could be a little clearer or descriptive but all in all im happy. Thanks! You're welcome. When I used to open my account on-line through my computer, my credit line would also show when my next payment was due. Now when you open the app it shows my credit line and my accounts but does not indicate anywhere that a payment is due and on what date. I called Golden 1 and they said just make a transfer from my checking and that would constitute a payment. I'd prefer to see a link to make the payment and after I do some type of recognition that I made the payment, just like before when I made it on my PC. But with that said, I'm glad to have the app available. Hope that helps. Thanks. I guess what would be nice is if you’re in the account, theres a link or “Click Here” to pay your bill rather than go to the transfer section to make a transfer which is really not a acknowledged payment. So to speak. Thanks
