PayFlex Mobile™ keeps you connected anytime, anywhere! Download the PayFlex mobile app now for real-time access to your FSA, HSA or HRA account whenever you want.     I am having the same issues! This app has significant flaws. I called the company today, and was told to delete and reload the app and it should work. When I pressed with specifics of what I was seeing, I was again pushed to delete and reload, and assured that there were no know issues to the app at this time. I then informed her of all the poor ratings on the App Store, and listed off what other raters posted. She then assured me she would let the appropriate staff members know. If this is not fixed with an update within a short time of this posting, please don't hesitate to CALL the company. Phone calls are much harder to ignore than App Store ratings! :-)

    If I could give this 0 stars I would. The app has always been a disaster right along with this company overall. I really don't know why I expected anymore form them. The app does not let me put names in the spot that it is supposed to go. You put the name in and it defaults to 0.00 you try to submit it says must have name. Call the company and get 0 help. Just the usual delete and reload the app, guess what do that and he same thing happens. Done with this company I will be switching fsa/dependent providers upon next enrollment.

    This app is a bad joke. Cannot file dependent care claim. When put dependents name it changes name to "$0.00" and when putting dependents age it changes it to a date. Then it won't allow you to submit because the fields are not filled out appropriately. Called June 30th and was told it's working fine just delete and re- download. I did. Still doing exact same thing. I have several times. Doesn't work. They broke a halfway working app and now it doesn't work at all. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Complete GARBAGE.
