Although not perfect, why can’t my finger print or face recognition serve as the second factor in two factor authentication? Please make iPad default display in landscape mode ... The app does not handle Touch ID and VIP codes. After submitting your Touch ID. The app should prompt for the VIP code. You could then paste it to the app. When logging in on the website, after entering your password, the website prompts for the VIP access code. You simply paste it and away you go. It works perfectly. This app with Touch ID before I started using VIP access codes was my primary way of logging into Schwab. Now I can’t use it. I can only use the website. Please update the app to work like the website.

I have provided feedback multiple times to Schwab that bill pay in their app is buggy and not user friendly. Examples: 1) keeps thinking the payment amount is a date and won’t accept it, unless I first change the payment date. At least there was a work around before, but with latest update now I can’t pay any bills. 2) it allows you to pick a payment date that is a weekend or bank holiday then rejects it making you start over - seems like a no brainer piece of functionality they should add to omit these dates as options - or a least show a calendar with viable dates so I don’t need to go dig up a calendar...

Edit: Just found out it’s impossible to set-up automatic transfers between investor checking account and Roth IRA. Absolutely ridiculous limitation. Slow app. Slow website. Holds placed on funds. I still haven’t received my debit card after 10 days. I regret moving everything to Schwab! This application needs to be updated for the iPhone X screen size. Additionally, it could use a new coat of paint to make the user interface more modern. I think if they made it similar to the New Summary page on the website it would be much better.
