    This app is good don't get me wrong but when I tried to do the deposit by phone it took me 10 times to do it till finally I gave up and drove to a near by branch to deposit the check. I attempted to do the mobile deposit in several rooms in my house and had all my lights on even a flash light. And still said could not read. Then I even went as far as going outside in the sun to do it and still said could not read it. I have an iPhone 7 plus so the camera on these phones are superb so I just don't see why it would tell me this error in trying to use the mobile deposit. Disappointed in that little issue but over all a good app. Please help with that issue. Thank you.

    I really enjoy using this app. I've actually never had an issue, I'm surprised to see such a low star rating. The app works well for my mobile deposits, transfers within my account although I wish they could incorporate the transfers to other ssfcu member accounts. It's a bit inconvenient having to go to the actual desktop website. (Reason for a 4 star review). Nevertheless once this small issue is fixed I would change my rating. Either way thank you for the app and the Touch ID login. Way to go on keeping up with technology in comparison to other credit union accounts I have that are still lagging in technology.

    Since the last update the app is no longer usable. I get a notice that my session has timed out due to inactivity as soon as the app starts to load and it just pops up repeatedly so I can't sign in. Have tried everything. I live hundreds of miles from a branch location so mobile deposit was pretty important to me. Guess I should start looking for a new banking institution that can at least maintain a simple app...
