Conveniently and securely access key banking services using Union Bank’s Mobile Banking application for iPhones® and iPads®. This version is for consumer and small business customers only.

- View account balances, transaction details, pending payments/transfers
- View deposit and check images

    I don’t recommend this app if depositing checks electronically because checks get put on hold. When I called initially the 1800-238-4486 on a Monday I was informed that the check was being processed and no holds were placed and fund to be available on Monday midnight. Come Tuesday I called the same customer service phone and informed that a 24 hour hold was placed and should be available next business day. I also visited the local branch and the teller informed me that branch offices have the ability to expedite the process and recommend visiting a bank branch in the future because they have the ability to consider customer past history. I don’t ever plan on using the electronic check deposit feature again and don’t recommend it.

    The addition of text alerts is great and they’ve been working from the start, Although, account sign in alerts are delayed significantly which is concerning to me because what if god forbid it’s not me signing into my account and it prevents me from taking immediate action to stop unauthorized transactions? Also push notifications still do not work for any settings either way period. I’d like to have both methods alerting me for when I have to cut off cellular data and I’m out and about, and push for when I’m at home connected to WiFi for example. Please get push notifications to work, we’re just past iOS 11 now and push notifications haven’t worked since this app has come out.

    A few suggested changes: -Please add a way pay your Union Bank credit card through the app. Either a mobile version redirect through your card servicer (the website for the card is absolutely horrible to navigate and locks me out every time I use it) or a way to pay directly through Union Bank’s app. -Touch ID authentication would be a nice added security feature. All my other banks use this essential feature. -Online banking is disabled on Friday and Saturday nights between hours that people may still be out and about and need to check their balance. Getting kicked off bc it’s disabled and erasing the user ID is a pain.
