Epicurious Recipes & Shopping List Review

One of the best food apps of all time is back and brand new for iOS 10! The all-new Epicurious app makes it even easier to find the world’s best recipes, watch incredible food videos, and cook delicious meals.

Our top-to-bottom overhaul includes weekly content updates to inspire you, along with videos of your favorite recipes. You can still explore over 35,000 tested recipes from publishers like Bon Appetit, Gourmet, HarperCollins, and more, plus recipe reviews and ratings from home cooks like you. We’ve refreshed all of your favorite features and added a few new ones, like:

Latest Recipe and Video Feeds: New content added every day — never miss another new recipe or video.

Recipe Box: Save your favorite recipes so that they’re only a tap away.

Shopping List: Easily create shopping lists on the fly.

Smart Kitchen Timer: Know exactly how long it takes to cook salmon, chicken, and 40+ other items — without a recipe.

Seasonal Ingredients Finder: Eat local and find out what foods are fresh at farms near you right now.

Ingredients Toggle: New mode lets busy cooks view ingredients with just a tap of a button — no need to scroll.

So I get emails like everyone else does from Epicurious. The point I believe is that the articles are supposed to draw people to click on the articles and then go to the app. Seems reasonable? For the past three or four weeks when I open an email and then click on the link. Are then open the app from the link and it brings me to a generic homepage. It does not bring me to the article that I clicked on, I leave the site frustrated . Starting today I’m no longer taking on any articles. Ps. Thinking I might just be technically deficient I asked someone else tonight at a dinner party and they echoed the same.

I'm furious that I have to save to Pinterest . I much prefer saving recipes on the app I end up opening them on the internet & bookmarking them. But that's still annoying Please go back to giving us the option of saving to my recipes So now we can save to my recipes sometimes . Still crashing when I search, not all the time but often enough . I'm thinking of just transferring all my recipes to another app When I get an email from you and I look at the recipes that I want to save I’m required to sign in again instead of just taking me to the app!! Worst app ever

Why can’t you have the ability to categorize the recipes? Apparently you are just an IT tech/developer...not a cook! I have hundreds of recipes saved, beginning from years ago, before there was a APP. Now that I prefer the iPad in the kitchen, I stopped using it because I can’t find anything. The search of keywords isn’t even very good. I get a long list of recipes to look through that do not even contain the keywords in the title, as does the one I’m looking for.
