    I never write reviews, however this app has taken me by surprise. So much that I had to write up a review. Fellow preggers... If you are looking for a well-balanced exercise routine that will stretch you and strengthen you in ways you body is able to move, you have found it! I love the pictures! They are easy to follow. You have plenty of rest and prep time in between moves. You won't get bored and sooner than you know it 20 mins will have gone by and you are feeling great! This is exactly what I have been looking for. Now if it only had a daily eating schedule, then it would be the complete healthy pregnancy routine. Have fun!

    I had been running several times a week until I found out I am pregnant, and I have been looking for a lower impact workout to do daily this next 9 months or so. This app is great! Simple interface and simple workouts, but just what I feel I need during my pregnancy to help keep me fit and active. I think I will make sure I am also walking daily alongside this workout (They are only about 20 minutes each, so I feel I need a bit more to complement these workouts).

    Good app overall. Perfect intensity. Easy to follow. My main complaint is the lack of variety. Even though there are "5" routines per trimester, each workout is essentially the same exercises in a different order. And there is no difference in exercises between trimesters! The entire app is basically 15 different versions of the exact same workout. With a little more variety, and maybe some changes each trimester, this would be perfect.
