    The video is wonderful, and the explanations are clear and relaxed. Wonderful!!! LOVE it :). Normally I would have given this 5 stars because it's a great app and NO MEMBERSHIP! I took away one star because I tried to buy the full version of this wonderful app, but instead of being an add-on, it has to be entirely re-downloaded and it wouldn't allow me to do that without switching to WiFi (because of the larger file size). I don't have (or want) WiFi. So unless they make the second half of the app available through an in-app purchase, or incremental downloads, I'm stuck with using the ad-version. It's a nifty app but I'm not fond of ads so I probably won't use it much except to learn a few poses.

    I'm mid 40's & have mod disk disease in lower back. I've become weak because traditional exercise ends up being very painful. I've been using this app a few weeks and REALLY like it. It's basic and straightforward, and is introducing me to the very basics of yoga which is what I wanted. I'm still on level 1 at only 20 mins but I'm confident this app is going to help me regain basic strength and flexibility. I've not used any of the longer or harder sessions so don't assume they are basic just because I said that the beginner level is that way.

    I am just getting back on a regular routine yoga habit so I appreciate the verbal instructions. I do not feel she allows for long, fluid breaths as you move in and out of poses, with the resulting pace being too fast on the flows. Overall great app for being free. An idea for future updates would be stop the repetitive sun salutations! More than 2 in a row is annoying and set after set with minimal variety between them is irritating/frustrating.
