Using an app like this can save time and money but I immediately had horrible time sucking problems. When I look up a review of a provider I am stuck on their review page and can not go back to see other reviews or even go back to the category. I had to leave the app and restart it. The only button working on the review page was the favorites heart, which wad of no use to me. Also more filters need to be added. Also grades for different qualities and the ability to prioritize them. speed of response versus cost versus respectful versus quality of work? Also do providers pay for these adds? if so that should be transparent as well. If not... an occassional banner to remind us is fine. love the idea but get your programming team to make this a real pleasure and indispencible. iphone 6+

If anyone needs or knows anyone who needs a new A/C or Air Handler done, or needs work on your existing unit, make sure you call the guys who installed our unit. He is THE BEST!!! He's a great, caring guy who won't take advantage of you. His company is: Allen A/C & Electrical his name is Rick James 361-463-6592 allenairconditioningtx.com You will love him and be very happy with his work. Call now and get on the list to get your work done. I'm sure they're busy!! He installed our A/C and Air Handler August of 2016 and the hurricane knocked it over so he'll be installing a new condenser. They're very professional, reasonably priced, they do excellent work. I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend this company!! Thanks, Sheila Garrison

Chatted with Evander at the help desk. Me: "I'm reading a providers profile but won't hire him. How do I return to the list?" E:Click the back button. Me:"There is no iPhone back button unless the app puts it in. That's Android. " E: go to settings – General – accessibility – assistive touch. Me: OK but why? What does AssistiveTouch have to do with Angie's list? E: The development team is utilizing assistive touch features within the app. <end of chat> For those that wonder, AssistiveTouch doesn't have a back button either. I guess the only real approach is to click the home button and then double-click home to close the app. Then re-open the app and start again. That is the imagined back button. Not ready for primetime.
