First, the app takes you to the digital version of the current issue of Family Fun magazine. I was not expecting this in an app. I love, love, love Family Fun magazine, but I was expecting more info from the app. If it matters to anyone.....I have spent most of today trying to find the e-book' "Backyard Fun" mentioned on page 4 of the current (June/July 2015). The article says to go to Facebook and "score a free e-book loaded with summer games......Click on the "Backyard Fun" tab. There is no tab on Facebook. I went to the website. There is no tab an no way to get the free e-book. This makes me wonder if anyone checks out links, etc.

I have never written a review before, so that alone gives you an idea how frustrated I am trying multiple times to verify my print subscription access to issues I already paid for, as well as the current one. It worked for me ONCE then next time I tried to view current issue I was required to go through the update process again many times. Finally get in, but can only VIEW 2 issues: I am expected the BUY all the others I had archived, which means I have already PAID FOR?? I just got a renewal notice in the mail today...hmmm, what should I do?!

Although it did take me a time or two to get the email/password business to go through the ap, it certainly did not take an hour. The part that might trip people up is that you have to sign back in and this can only be done by clicking on "cover" at the bottom of the ap's main screen. It takes a bit of clicking around and isn't entirely intuitive, but once it's done, it's easy to download the digital additions. All my devices are fully updated and I'm not having any problems.
