I spent a lot of time creating the invitation, then sent it. The circle went round and round for a couple minutes. During this time a message popped up, which I couldn't read because it was behind the circle, so i felt like i had to just hit ok. Eventually, the invites went. I then noticed that the invite was in both the daft folder and sent folder, so i deleted it out of the draft folder. Well, it deleted it out of the sent folder, too. All that time wasted! The invites went out and they will not link to anything. Is there any way to get my invite back? It appears that the event that disappeared has reappeared in an earlier form and is working. I had started the invitation on another device. It was still on that device after the final version was deleted from a different device. I sent the earlier version of the invitation to myself, and this reconnected to the original guest list. The guests could respond and I could see it. Unfortunately, by this time, I had already sent out an email to replace the Paperless Post invite. A nice app. nice invite list. But, editing the card is very slow. The cursor is invisible and jumps to the end, at times. It would be helpful to see not just the invitation as the guest would see it, but also the supplemental info. I have to send myself an invitation so I can see it. I did another invite for another occasion, prior to this. It worked, but did take a lot if time. The flow and little kinks here and there are frustrating. I tried Paperless Post because evite wasn't working from my iphone. Paperless Post is close, but they really need to get the kinks out.

This is the worst invitation app I have ever seen. Okay the only other one I have seen is Evite, but still. I was invited to a party. I tried to upload a photo. I had to be signed in. I created an account to do that. It couldn't recognize it as linked to that invite. I relogged using that invite. Still no luck. Created a new account. No luck. Finally get it to accept a photo. Can't use the app to find the invite again. The event responses to the photo even shows in my app inbox but when I click to view, it says it can't find it and try to log in with a different account. What? It sees it but it can't see it? Total waste of lots of time. I have to go to the original invite each time to view it. App does nothing for me, even creating an account using the same email address the invite went to. Hope none of my friends use Paperless in future so I don't have more wasted time!

I speak as a long time user of Paperless Post. Love the concept, hate the app & site, because of the user unfriendliness. 1- the app is very buggy, & difficult to use - checking the guest list & changing the privacy settings should NOT be hard! ; 2-Get more choices for invites. I had the hardest time finding a design for a sports-themed card for my 6 year's old bdy party! WHY?? ; 3-what's the deal with "unsubscribed"?? - I had to actually Google what that meant & then personally email my invitee!! TOO MUCH WORK for what should be a seamless process!!! Do you want ppl to use your site???? 4- the endless amounts of coins ($$$) required to send these ecards. Too expensive! I think that the next time I need to send an evite, I will choose another way, unless this app/site is made more user friendly. You really had a great idea/product here. Too bad.
