3. Samsung+ offers a better experience when you are signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, but a Samsung Account is not required to begin using Samsung+. A Samsung Account is required to access Premium in-app features. If you don't have an account, you can create one in the app or by going to http://account.samsung.com.
