I suppose to get massage with soothe at least one a week for almost a year. Few days ago I couldn't make appointment because it was on hold. After I called them more than 5 times their answer was we are not able to sent any therapist for you anymore because one of them was uncomfortable. I asked what make her feel that ? Which therapist at least trying to remember and there was no answer. So remember if the therapist didn't like you or maybe didn't tip her enough or whatever reasons. Soothe will bloke you forever without clarify anything. Without even trying to know the truth. even if you are with them for years. I'll never get back to that unprofessional company. Update 10/20/2017 : After talking with the manger in soothe ( which was very nice and smart person ) she apologized for suspending my account and activated it again. The funny thing is they suspend my account today too because I " asked therapist to go deeper on only one aria in my body". And they recommend to find other company for me. I know it's hard to believe that but I really wish if I can reach my voice to someone has authority in soothe to see what they are doing with their customers. This month I booked 4 session 60min and 90min. And my treat was to suspend my account for the second time for no reason. Thank you so much soothe. Update 10/26/2017 I tried more than 7 time to call the number that developer app recommend to contact Soothe. The result of us expect there is no response at all thank you again Soothe. Keep going.

Book your appointment today! You will not be disappointed! I am a therapist with Soothe and the therapist support and care is unmatched! I would recommend the app to any therapist looking to explore their town while meeting great people and doing what you love. The therapist success team goes above and beyond to make sure that we are safe and treated with respect! I prefer Soothe over being in a Spa or specific locations. For customers, this is a great way for you to not only get luxury treatment in your home, but to experience different massage styles! Prices are fair! You pay for the convenience of someone coming to you. Some people complain about not being able to CHOOSE the therapist they want... I am simply going to say - we aren’t for sale. On the therapist/company’s end, the randomization of the therapist sent to you is due to us trying to provide individuals with the closest and most readily available person. It is also a pro to therapist as RESPECTED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS that clients cannot shop for us. (Read between the lines!) :-)

First of all prices do not differ from a traditional Spa in SF. I can go to Burke Williams and have amenities like a spa. As a customer I am taking out the brick and mortar portion of the business which is the biggest cost when it comes to running a business, this should be reflected in the price! I am not going to pay $150 dollars for someone to use my space; sorry that does just not work for me. Number two the therapist do not show up and if it’s too late to find another person you can forget that relaxing evening you were looking forward to. Stick to the local day spa’s and forget Soothe... the company has so many kinks to work out.
