I’ve used RTM for 10 years and like it as a platform. However I’ve decided to change to another solution. I depend on good iOS access to services and I think that iOS simply isn’t well supported by RTM. Two examples: 1. The iOS RTM app does not support integrating with Siri on iOS 11 other than through a CalDAV interface they’ve had for several years. This solution has significant limitations for me. Other tasks apps now have SiriKit integration but not RTM. 2. The iOS RTM app still does not support location-based reminders. You can create them in the app and define a ‘Nearby Radius’ in the app, but the app does nothing with that information. The Android RTM app has had location-based reminders for 5 (?) years, but they’ve never bothered to add it to the iOS app. Update: Seems that support for Siri has been added in the latest release. That is good. I still see no evidence of support for location-based reminders.

This is literally the 6th "to-do" app I've tried and it's the only one to exceed my expectations in most categories! I didn't give it the full 5 stars because I would like to see the following changes: #1 -- MORE COLOR choices for the Tags .... seems silly but this makes a huge difference to me. If the app is ugly or unappealing to the eye, I won't use it. #2 -- Having a quick, clean way to export the tasks into Excel would be extremely helpful. Other than the above, I love the app! I had previously used 2Do for the last couple of years and while it offers more colors and is really appealing to the eye, it doesn't have the flexibility/flow that RTM has.... my favorite view in RTM is the "This Week" view -- love it!!

I love using this app. It's so convenient to be able to assign chores, homework, and tasks to every member of the family. My kids can put a school supply on my shopping list and my husband and I can share the responsibilities of running our business. When you can't call or text someone, this app is so helpful to get things delegated. I gave it 4 stars as an average. The usefulness is beyond 5 stars. But I'm getting sick of having to pay subscription fees for every last thing! (We keep our old laptops around because we own all the software.) So another $40 subscription fee brings the stars down. Really do love the app though.
