    This app and company is exceedingly bada$$. From the very start. Customer service is spot on and if it’s off even a little bit it’s corrected with the quickness. If there’s a bad experience to be had just know for a fact that it’ll be taken care of. Ordering stuff (especially clothes) online is a risky business. Not with Zappos. Nobody’s perfect but they sure as hell try.

    I can always find what I need at Zappos. The app just makes it more convenient to shop. I love the website presentation and options for shopping or help. Being able to snap a picture of something and have them find it is an innovative idea! So great! Like having your own personal shopper! Don’t let me forget to mention that the customer service is top notch!

    Love everything, except that I have to toggle between the app and the website on my iPhone to see videos (in app) and the percentage of people who felt the shoe was a) true to size and b) had arch support. Thanks for making a great site, service, and providing awesome support.
