As the title states. this app simply does NOT WORK at all in iOS 11.0.3 on an iPad Air 2. Granted, its not the newest iPad, sure. But, it certainly is more than capable of running many far more demanding applications, so what gives? If my device supports the most recent version of iOS, and this app states it is supported on that release, as well as being supported on my device as it clearly says here on the App Store, then it should just work...plain and simple. This app has progressively grown increasingly bloated in file size over the years and now it just causes my device to lag massively upon loading before it crashes out on the initial splash screen, showing nothing but a plain Skype blue background. I wish it weren’t such a headache to downgrade back to iOS 10 or figure out if an oldee version of this app would work for me. Please fix this or at least remove this device from the “supported devices” list so others do not have to deal with this annoyance.

10/25/2017 Skype saved my life again today by providing an excellent service of communication from Lima back home in South Florida to solve serious Credit Card. 5 Stars to Skype. Skype continues being a life saver. I am in Lima Peru now and Skype is so essential to make phone calls back home and to relatives in FL. Skype has been my savior in so many times of need when I have been overseas or whenever I needed to make a phone call to a foreign country. The rates are so low and affordable!!! And the dialing is so easy that you just have to name the country you want to make the call and then dial the number. There is no need for complicated passwords or other strange numbers. I just need to find a WiFi place and I am good to go. Thanks a lot Skype!!! Update: Skype is getting better by the day. I have been a member for years now, and I am pleased more and more each year. Thanks a million Skype!!!

Thanks to SKYPE I get to have one of the top flutist on the East-Coast in America share her infinite wisdom with me every week. I would never have such a great opportunity for the artist Jean Antruim coach me for she lives about 5 or 6 hours from where I live. The imparting of her genius is an opportunity for flutist world wide because of Skype. It is as if we were sitting face to FACE! Even when she challenges my skills, with duets it is as though we are still together in the same room, if it weren't for Skype I would have missed out upon the opportunity of a lifetime! Jean Antrium is the last of the true artists of her teaching style, she can tell if even my pinky Is not on a key that's how great a quality sound we have through Skype!! M.K.Sternad N.Y.N.Y
