The Yandex.Taxi app is a quick, easy, and safe way to order a taxi. No calls, no waiting on hold — just one tap, and your order is sent to the available driver closest to you so they can reach you as quickly as possible.

• Place an order without calling — just press the button in the app.
• View the name, phone number and license plate number of the driver who’s picked your order.
• Pay by card or cash.
• Track the location of your car on the map.
• Order a child-friendly vehicle with children’s seats (in Moscow) or bumper seats (in other cities).
• Add special requests, such as space for a bicycle or snowboard, a pet-friendly vehicle, or a printed receipt.
• Use the “Black list” feature to avoid unsatisfactory service providers.
• Rate your journey to give your feedback on the service.
