(Note that all of the following refers to using this on an iPhone 7 and Safari. Doing any of this from a PC or Mac works just fine; this app is the scamware that causes the issue) I went to Lg's site to download a PDF. Found that I could not do this in safari. The whole site is covered in "ease of use" adware. There is a button overlayed in the safari URL bar that says download this to manage files. That's how I am forced to use this blatant, hateful scam. All of the normal touch features and long presses force touch etc are overridden by this hateful malware. Apple should actually take this down as it subverts Safari's operation in iOS. Watch me report you. Scammers.

An automatic update early this month (Oct 2017) killed the function for uploading files via wifi. The app crashes when this function is selected. It's the first update in a long time, and it seems conspicuously timed to coincide with what I've heard is a new file management capability in iOS. Anyway, don't bother with this app until you see an announcement that this bug is fixed. (Fwiw, tapmedia has not responded to requests for a target date for the bug fix. My version of app is paid for. A restart didn't help. I'm afraid to do an uninstall/reinstall, because my files may thus be lost, and tapmedia didn't answer my inquiry about that, either.)
