S Health Isn't Limited to Samsung Devices Anymore on Freepps Top Blog

These days there are many diverse devices and applications designed to take care of your health and track your activity. Samsung has released a great application called S Health which has been available for Samsung users only for quite a long period of time. But the company had to reconsider its policy as far as Apple is offering products available for the users of other competing technological brands.

The S Health application is already available at Google Play and you can install it if you have Android 4.4 or later version. In order to use the application at full blast, you should have the device tracking your heart beat. Actually, this type of sensors can be found in some Samsung smartphones. If you own another brand, you can also use beneficial functions of the application.

What can the S Health application do? Just like many programs tracking your health conditions, it will count your steps, burnt calories and the distance you complete during the day. There are many alternatives to this program and one of the most popular applications is Google Fit, though S Health from Samsung has its obvious advantages. You can download the application here.

Very fond of walking and running. This program has helped me build a compliance regime. I'd recommend it to anyone.
