blocking

I love this app, but it annoys me every time i get hate messages with lot of F* words in them.  How to block the user permanently? I mean they keep coming back even after blocking them once.

    Settings - Privacy - Do not allow anonymous questions. If the user had already been blocked, we suggest you contact Ask.FM's support. Thank you for your question and may the harassment end!
