Replaced debit card with a different card

I replaced the debit card on file with a different one. I tried to send money and I received a message 'invalid zip code'. I gave the correct zip code associated with this card and checked with my bank to make sure they had the correct zip code as well. I made a few attempts and 'invalid zip code' is the only response I receive. Please help as I need to transfer some money through my debit card. I also updated the routing number for my account as I was prompted to.
