App won't allow for any increase in wealth
Game Hive has the WORST tech support I've ever seen. In the last four days, I have had a recurring problem where my money level is stuck and won't increase. I have found a temporary solution in that I can send a bug report and when the game loads up immediately after that, the wealth increase works. However, I am having to go to my first world, report the bug, reload the game, play the skill unlocks, then go to the second world, report the bug, reload the game, go to the second world, play the skill unlocks, then go to the third world, report the bug, reload the game, go to the third world, and play the skill unlocks. Add to that that the game is currently freezing for no reason and needs to be uninstalled from my phone and then reinstalled, losing all increases from the last reset to the reinstallation. It's been four days and over 20 (probably more like 40) bug reports and I have received NO response from Game Hive. As a matter of fact, the records don't even show one open complaint. I've heard others complain about Game Hive tech support but this is the worst I have ever seen in the entire time I've used the Internet and apps (from the very beginning, when we had to load up dos to queue up our games). I just want to let people know that if they are looking for a game with limited glitches and a tech support team who cares, DO NOT choose a Game Hive app.
