Can’t update apps on WiFi

Hey everyone, I’ve got this problem with my Galaxy S6 - I can only update the apps on my phone when I’m connected to LTE, and WiFi doesn’t work for me. I can establish a connection, and browsing works just fine - I use both Chrome and UC Browser, inclining toward the latter recently. But whenever I try to update the apps or use apps like Facebook or Instagram, it’s ridiculously slow and I have to toggle on my LTE connection to use them normally. Thing is, I’m not too optimistic about using my data only as it’ll set me back more than my budget allows. So do I have a flawed WiFi module? Reboots and reconnects didn’t seem to help.

Hey guys, problem now solved without performing factory reset. Turns out the problem was hidden in my router all along and after minor tweaks and reconfiguring everything's working just fine.

Well, if you’ve already tried rebooting your phone, your router and all, the only plausible option is factory reset! Be warned that it’ll wipe all of your data and your device will be like new, dings and scratches notwithstanding. See a professional about this or proceed at your own risk. Take care!
