Not streaming

I can't connect to neflix and I see a message that says "Sorry, we are unable to reach the Netflix service. Please try again later or visit www.netflix.com"? It's perfectly fine on my laptop! Any Idea why?

    make sure that time/date settings are correct on your device! Worked for me!

    try reinstalling the app and get the latest version!!
